TCG Lifesciences (TCGLS) offers integrated and standalone medicinal chemistry solutions for pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and academic institutions, supporting programs from hit identification, hit-to-lead, and lead optimization through development, along with comprehensive PR&D services for investigational to commercial-scale development.

We extensively support live SAR programs through medicinal chemistry and synthesis in singleton mode, including intermediate and building block synthesis. Our teams have strong expertise in chiral synthesis and separation, library synthesis, natural products, peptides, lipids, and platform technologies such as PROTACs and ADCs.

We synthesize around 40,000 compounds annually and have expertise across a broad range of chemistry areas including heterocyclic, asymmetric, carbohydrate, nucleotide & nucleoside, porphyrin, enzymatic, peptide, and PROTAC chemistry. Our medicinal chemists apply scaffold hopping and fragment-based design approaches to build high-quality SAR and support the delivery of drug candidates.

Our scientists work in state-of-the-art laboratories equipped with advanced technologies including Combiflash systems, parallel reaction optimization units, parallel microwave platforms, high-throughput experimentation (HTE) systems, catalyst screening kits, and developing H-Cube platforms and plate chemistry capabilities.

Co-location of chemistry, biology, and DMPK teams helps reduce cycle times and enables multidisciplinary project support. TCGLS also follows a strict metrics-driven system where the performance of chemists, projects, and collaborations is tracked daily and reviewed monthly internally and with clients to support continuous improvement and efficient project execution.
